Tima (GREEN)

We have been buying Ture Waji's washed and natural coffees from the sub-Kebele of Bookkisa for 2 years in a row now. His coffees are so dependable and we basically cup the buying samples as a formality already knowing that we will be buying them. This is the first year he has offered a washed lot from the sub-Kebele of Tima and man is it good. At the Weessi washing station, fully ripe cherry is pulped using a Penagos eco-pulper, it is then fermented/soaked in water for 12 hours before being removed to drying tables.The cup is full of peach, green grape and sweet cherry.
