Description
Coming direct from Sookoo Coffee in Shakiso, Guji is our first next offering of the newest crop of Ethiopian coffee, Bookkisa. This coffee is everything we love about Ethiopia naturals. There's acidity and clarity paired with a really jammy yet soft flavor profile. This coffee is comprised of Gibirinna and Serto, two varietals with storied history. These two varietals were initially chosen by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center for their resistance to Coffee Berry Disease. Now they are two of the most widely planted varietals, and some of the best tasting. If you have ambivalence about whether naturals can taste as clean as they are fruity, this is the coffee you want to try.
